well its a 2001 http://burlington.craigslist.org/rvs/1495595213.html im tradeing my bigbore ported and polished blaster for and maybe a miniibike that i got for free all i can say is i want it and i want to paint it yellow and put a lexx slip on but knowing my luck he wont trade javascript:smilie(':(')

If you want to put the work into cleaning it up and buying new parts for it. Go for it.

it is just dirty,cant really tell if it is beat in that picture, have him clean it up and go look at it and ride it, also the biggest thing is to ask him as much about any engine mods as you can, check the carrier bearing, make sure the frame has no rust or rot, just look to see how its been generally kept up.

looks beat....if the seller cant even clean it up for a sale ad chances are thats the way he kept it all the time, and if he's not even rinsing it off after using it what else is he not doing?

that thing has beat he cant even clean it for the picture LET IT PASS he probably never jetted it and blew it up a few times probably never changed oil so there will be compression loss he obviosly did something to it that he is selling it so cheap and suddenly

not to mention if you keep your eyes peeled you can find a clean one for around $500 with maybe a little motor problems...found mine on craigslist 75 miles away. thats what i did and completely rebuilt it, now i've got around $1500 in it, but i know what works been done, and the condition of every part inside that baby top to bottom. if he'd take $750 i'd jump on it though.
