Put the rollers back in. :)
I don't know why removing 2 rollers works for some and not others. You can try 5 rollers.

My motors can rev to 12k+ with the stock carb. I don't think it's the carb. :D

So tell me about this "no airbox" thing.

Stock main jet is a 92.5
You can safely go down to a 90.

Ahhhh...the famous LT80 bog. LOL
To help that you must cut the rear clutch shoes down to 180 grams each.
Ask etondaddy for the pics. :)

Breaking up eh...Maybe the 92.5 main jet needs to go back in. The lack of air box may make it that way.
Put the clip where it runs best. :)
I use 32:1 with a good synthetic oil.

flat track racing...60 mph. Stock bore and carb.
53 on a TT track. usually around 45 for MX.

Ok, a cpl things to know..
1) A bigger rear sprocket slows you down/gives more low end grunt.
2) A 105 kit is actually 96cc's (with stock stroke) and one of the biggest wastes of money out there.

If performance is what you want I can help.
