Sounds like a pretty reasonable price to me, considering nothing is stock on the bike. Seems like all top of the line parts too.

What are you talking about? What do you think a full walsh quad is worth? 2000?

I also forgot to mention esr cr 250 ignition and oversized aluminum radiator and alot of the parts are new excluding the frame. Oh yea the quad is tight you could buy it and part it out and make money. Also the Rs are allowed in the production classes now!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry i dont know how to post pics, i have some on my phone.

Christmas is in two weeks, plus we are really at the begining of tax season. It's obvious you don't own anything where you have to pay property tax, real estate tax, and a family to buy gifts for. You definitely have courage to post this though. :o

no i pay taxes work two jobs to pay for my toys, and i just bought a 06 450r 2 weeks ago and a 07 rincon lastnight plus my r is getting a full resto, and i have a fam. with kids my own house ect... so people are spending money i just "thought" from what i see a 5000 r should be pretty nice, all tight and ready to go, and thats what all i said and everyone jumped me about it. no biggy really. but they all made it sound like people would be fighting over this bike and here it is still for sell... ???
not on here to argue with anyone..
goodday

250rpride i posted this to see intrest knowing this would be a tough time to sell. I dont care what you think is too much because you need to go build this bike and try to do it as cheap as you can and i bet you my bike you couldnt do it for 4,900. Hey everyone has there own opinion and thats great but some of us state their opinion and dont know the whole story. Its all good enjoy your restored R:D

thanks i will enjoy it im sure, but thats what i did when i read your topic. i gave my opinion. i know, where i live 5000g's out of a r right now is unheard of. my good friend has a leager bike pro-trax set-up with all the goods. rode it twice since he built it, (show piece) and he cant get 6000 out of it and its new basicly. i just bought a 2006 450r with 3/4 tread on original rear tires, its perfect for 2100 with title! i got my 88 r for 1250 with some goodies and it run fine, i rode it on 5 rides before i tore it down without touching it. so i was just going from what i have been seeing, i thought your bike sould have been tight and ready to go for 5, thats all, and mabe it is!! i wasnt trying to piss anyone off. i wish you could just keep it and enjoy it for yourself!!!
thanks :D
