i know some guys tha like to use them on their 250s in the snow. I also like my mudsharks in the snow but they get a bit heavy and sink in the deeper stuff. I would like to try some paddles but i just cant bring myself to buy some for snow only. steve

They look like small blade-shaped paddles. Pretty cool, wish I had enough snow here to worry about snow tires.

These are awesome tires. I have a set. They are a soft tire that actually expand like a drag racing tire the faster they spin. They get wider as well as bigger round for better ground clearance and traction. They are reversible tread also which makes em real nice on the Ice. I take my Quad Ice-fishin allot and never had a prob. with em. Here's a link. Enjoy.

how do hold up if the snow gets thin on the roads or frozen dirt

Since they are such a soft compound, they will wear very fast on anything that isn't snow or soft sand.

These are only a 2 ply tire so they should be treated like a snowmobile, ie. they will run on pavement but you'll tear em up pretty quick. I've crossed many a road and traveled a few for awhile, Just be easy on em on pavement and they'll treat ya right. I highly recommend these tires.
