400ex/ktm525 cooling question

I have decided to finally start my hybrid build. I have a stock 400ex frame thats been modified to fit a KTM525 bike motor.

Will my stock 1989 trx250r radiator work without any cooling problems ?

it should i have a stock z400 rad. and it does fine.. but i also run engine ice
