I found a basicly stock 2007 trx for $2700 that I am thinking of buying. How much do you guys think I will have to spend to have a solid B class MX quad including the price of the stock atv?
Thanks guys!

I'm going with $8500 for everything. I went with pricing for new parts. Obviously you could look for good used stuff and save some money.

it all depends if you want to buy new or used parts and if you can do motorwork and stuff yourself, if you buy used parts, you can get a really good suspension setup for around 3 grand and thats with really good parts, motor is nothing, a head port is around 400 bucks, and a piston is 250 or so, and then you can get used cams for around 100 so you are looking at under 800 for a decent motor

I think you could get things even cheaper. You take a serious chance on what you get, BUT get it rebuilt the right way and your golden. I bought a buddy of mine a setup off here. It was a Lonestar DC4/Elka Elite front with the Elka fully adjustable rear with a link for $800. And it was in awesome shape. He took his JRD/Elka front off and put the new stuff on his race bike, and it really rides well!! But he totally lucked out. I've seen a JB/Axis front on here for $900 a while back, so the deals are out there. Again you take the risk, but you can rebuild it and get it less than new. Engine wise, I wouldn't mess around with used stuff. Get a nice cam, and high comp piston, and you'll be fine. Exhausts are abundant. You can pick and choose what you want there. Axles and wheels and tires are the same way. Just don't jump on the first thing you see. Check around, and make sure when you ask questions, you get the answers your looking for. Otherwise, they're probably hiding something.
