trx 90 lever

Hey everyone looking to do the trx90 lever mod on my 08. I know you can put the lever in a 400ex throttle housing but how about a 04 450r housing? Then when i take off my 08 housing am i supposed to splice the two wires going into it and where should i splice them at? under the hood? Thanks

We splice them under the hood about 6 4 inchs from the plug. Yes you can use a 04-05 housing. We carry the throttle parts if you need them.

do all i need to do for this mod is to get just the lever? or is there any more parts needed for the conversion?

I just bought the lever and it bolted right up fine, i used a 400ex housing but i believe it is the same as the 04-05 one. you will like it i did it on my 06 and it was a big difference.......i cut my wires, spliced them then stuck it under the hood....

i've got a old 90 layin around the shop. Someone tell me what this mod does? Might look into doin it. Thanks alot

the lever is a little longer and on my 06 it is a lot easier to push than the stock one. If you have one laying around try it, it wont hurt any..........
