BTU #'s

I am looking to heat my 2-car, 8 foot ceiling, 400 sq/ft. garage. I have an insulated door. I was wondering what BTU rating heater would work efficient to heat. I found an online calculator to determine BTU needed and it came up with between 4900 and 9900 and I just thought that seemed pretty low.

You probably missed a "0". You would want to be about 45kbtu no more then 60 kbtu. I would go 45K.
