your e brake wears down the rear brake pads... so it prevents wear to your pads, also lets you run a different perch w/o that stock bulky ebrake assembly...

if someone actually is using the e brake
you might as well ad tastles to your handle bars
why have a race bike if you arent going to race it!!:grr

because you can trail ride them and use the ebrake a certain times like i have

come on dude let go,get out the bolt cutters, cut the ebrake cable and take it off.
you dont need it trust me
