Timing, Torque and Valve adjustment help needed

So i have a 2006 honda trx 400 ex and im installing a 440 big bore kit. And i need some help with setting the timing and wut the torque of the head bolts and valve cover bolts. I also need to now if i need to adjust the valves or set the valve clearance in any way. Thanks any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
