i have a 08 yfz and just finished putting my new hmf ironman pipe on and the jets and when ever i ride my pipe gets red hot to where it glows kinda is this normal or what

It is normal when you are idling, it should go away when you start to ride. What jets do you have in there right now and what other mods do you have done? Also what is your elevation.

Its normal, just make sure your not too lean.

i think i got the 168 main and a 45 piolet with the neddle on 3 and it runs good and all with no backfire or anythin it just made me nervious i never seen it do that and i have a kna airfilter and thats it nothing to major

yea and my elevation in like 12 feet above sea level i live in new orleans not really the best weather its really humid and all but the bike runs fine GO SAINTS 11-0 LOL

What needle are you running? The stock needle in a '08 isn't adjustable. Try bumpin the pilot up to a 48 and it will probably get rid of most of it. Does it do it when you ride or just at idle.
