The thinest grips i have yet to find are the Ozonic "Thin Set" ATV grips, I put these on all the DRR and Apex mini quads we sell, perfect for lil hands imho.

we went with the moose locking grips similar or the same as the ones toby mentioned. tired of grips moving or coming loose from the glue

I have seen the spider grips split in the middle
and take out the excess and put back together
and glued. To make a shorter grip

Good 'ol Scott ATV grips work great with a little 3M weatherstrip adhesive. Just the plain basic grips. For $7.99 they grip good, can be bought just about anywhere and my little guy (now 6 year old ) he loves them. He makes me put them on his bicycle.

The problem with the ltz50 is the bars are 3/4" OD not 7/8 like most motorcycles.

The only option I found was from Mc Master Carr and they are ugly but work. It is grip #1 and they come in a pack of 6

I have not been back to the dealer in 6 months to see if they are selling youth ATV parts again.

I had a bike like that once. I put on honda mounting clamps and ran 7/8 inch bars.
