Do you know, would that pipe work on a Eton viper 90?

Since most of these frames are similar I wouold say it would work. Keep in mind I had to remove the battery box for it to fit. I guess you could ask in the eton forums. I'm sure somebody has one on or did have one.

I'm thinking about it for my 70cc with some work done to the motor? Good fit?

As long as the battery box is removed.

what just cut some of it out or alot? if it's fitted for a DRR it just doesn't run through where it normally would? Perhaps up against the box a little.

Yes the expansion chamber is larger so part of the battery box is in the way. Do you still use a battery?

no battery, i'm okay getting rid of some it. i just wanted to make sure the pipe wasn't awkward whereby it came out the back more towards the center or something odd like that.

Well then all you have to do is cut some out and you are good to go.

how old is the pipe & is the packing in it still good or need to replace?

It was in my daughters quad who quit racing shortly after. I would say it has plenty of life in it. Very low hours.
Here is a pick of what it looks like installed.
