i wanted to know if anyone knows what i can do for intakemods. i wanted to do what this kid did. cheak it out.

little off topic but where did you get the oil cooler?

its not my quad but you can get oil coolers online at ebay. i was looking at them and you need to get an aftermarket case so the tubes can go in. or if your really good, you can drill holes.

I've seen several where the oil line between the bottom end and the head was cut and the oil cooler was plumbed in that way.

I bought some barbed banjo bolts and I'm putting mine in that way. It's a little cleaner and easy to put back to stock later. I got a cooler from a 450R on eBay for $10.

I'm guessing the guy measured the angle and length of tube he'd need and then did one of two things.

A: Scrounged through a parts bin or something of that nature to find a tube close to what he needed.

B: Sent the measurements to a company like Jeggs, Edelbrock, etc and had a tube made.

Then it's just a simple matter of some rubber hose, hose clamps, and a filter.
