250ex oil question

my friend has a 01 250ex and he says there is no oil filter for the 250ex. there has to be one in order to stop contaminates in the oil. he has changed it 5 times. thanks

yes there is a oil filter it is a inline filter.

the 250ex does have a oil filter in a way. its a oil strainer and its inside the engine. you must split the main case to getto it. here is a pic front servicehonda. #5 is a oil strainer and #6 is aoil filter screen.
