Yeah good luck though!! When i was building my bike i emailed and called but never got an answer about those parts.

Same experience here. Roxanne is a sweetie to deal with...NOT! I just don't get it with their poor customer service.

I was in Glamis this past february and I scorched a piston, It was the first day we were there and I was pissed!! It was Presidents day weekend and most businesses were closed but I needed a piston bad. I called ESR, Duncan, LED, LRD, and CT looking for a piston. LED and CT were the only places open, Arlen didn't have the size I needed but CT did. Roxanne was the only person there, she went back in the shop found the piston and put togethor a UPS overnight package to the Glamis Beach store. She was very helpful and saved my ***. So I ran my hone stones through the cylinder, as the damage was minimal, and within 10 hours of calling CT I had my bike running again. I know this really has nothing to do with their CF hoods but this is very relative to their customer service that everyone else is commenting on. So I just thought I would share.........Thanks
