I was hoping someone with some mini experiance can tell me if this is fixable? If so how would I go about fixing it. Thanks

If someone could fix this, I think it would be wise to just get a Brand new case. Not worth trying to fix it. I know I wouldn't even think about trying to get it fixed.
Just my opion.

scrape yard with your pop cans. I i just sold are last set of 50 cases on ebay. I do have a set of 90 cases with 42 mm crank and air cooled alum cylinder ported by t.a. With only 3 races on crank and bearing. I bet someone on here has some cheap cases if you need 50 cases.

Thanks for the offer but i just need a 90 case(thats what this is). I gues ill take it to a metal shop and see what they suggest on a fix. Thanks for the input smokenu

Get a new case. I wouldn't want to try to patch it up. If it caused enough pressure to do that kind of damage, it has most likely stressed other parts of the case as well. If you ever did manage to repair it I belive you will quickly find the new weak spot. Fixing it right the first time will save much time, money and stress.

Dude,,,they're LT80 cases...I sorta thought that you'd figure that out by the lil devils and nickname..
