i dont mean to be an *** about this but why has this been such a big deal lately? i've came across like 5 of these post in the half hour i've been on here... i dont mean to start a piss fight with you about it at all... im just to doin what ever... if some one needs a number or something i just post it if i know it to help them out... if the help the site out or not because one way or another if they do or dont do business with them its still keeping the sport alive sorta...

man,I am struggling to get it together.Waiting on Walsh at the moment.been 3 weeks trying to get heims,they were not in stock.As soon as those show up,it's game on.It shpould be done by the 1st of the year.

I will look for the m.o. and get that carb shipped out next to you.

Because we have advertisers that pay top dollar to advertise on this website ... and it's their advertising money that keeps this up and running.

if a company wants to advertise , they can get ahold of the website Administrator and they'll set them up with the rates and how to go about it .... but we cannot allow non paying companies to make a buck off of someone elses dollar. You know what I mean? It would be like BK using McD's logo to generate sales for themselves.

i am gettin there.I feel alot better today,got everything coming from walsh,got my stem,bumper,grab bar and rad shrouds back from p.c.,and dropped off the a arms,and swinger to get the bearing's/heims pressed in at Extreme Tec Atv.She should start coming together.Takin my time with this thing.I want it to look primo since we are kinda using it to promote the p.c. biz I'm not allowed to mention ;-) :cool:

after talking with Walsh,best guess is that the frame is a 2000.It was a YZ chassis when built.someone at ATP had got it,and converted it to a CRF.It's a wide frame,with CR500 link.

I have a 07 CRF ,and a 04 CRF motor for it.The 04 is in it now,and the 07 being rebuilt.The 07 will go in in March and the 04 will get freshened up and go in the trailer for a spare.

It has Custom Axis front and rear.

very monor update today,got the proofs from the graphics guy.White Knuckle graphics done an awesome job bringing my vision to life.I am very impressed with the proofs,they are just what i was looking for.I can not wait to get this thing together.

Im going to agree with Rootar on the last set. How close does that green match your frame? Definately looking forward to seeing this build when its done

the greens are pretty close.I ended up going with the 1st option.the black that runs along the seat and tank area are gonna tie in good with my black seat cover and c.f. hood.the all green plaid and all green frame I think would of been too much.I like them all tho,and maybe when I get diffrent fenders I will get one of the other kits.Things should start coming together this weekend.

haha i did the opposite of you actaully i had my graphics done by G4 and took my graphics to the PC guys and said here match this.

mine matched up good doing that, but if i were you id send a couple different pics of your frame under different lights to G4 to make sure they match the color just right. Im sure they wont mind.

rooter, what style chassis is you prp?

and then with your build what does the other mouny hole on the font uppers for, i see it would make it go out towards the tire more... is that for a TT setup or whaT?

:huh What u talkin about willis??? If ur talking about the upper shock mounts the other hole is for a brace the connects the two shock mounts, its a tie rod with heim joints so the mounts dont spin.

Looks good, hey I have a question. Is that a new Rossier exhaust or the same one that was on it when you got it? I have a Walsh CRF too and it needs a new exhaust. How does it fit? I have an axis shock too and with my old TC exhaust, I had to put a dent in it to get it to clear where it passes between the frame rail and the shock. Any contact info on Rossier?

we are in the same pickle my friend!My pipe is the same.i had to relieve the pipe a bit to make it clear like I wanted.It is the same one that was on it when I got it,and it was rubbing bad.


I do have a guy here in Ohio to build custom pipes,so I have been talking with him about building a new pipe,and looking at some other options.I can pass you his info if you would like.just pm me.he does awesome work,I had a complete system from him on my trx.Sold my WB carbon pro cause his pipe made better power.solid stuff man!

thats awesome! i ran a rossier last year. i have a 500 link and it rubbed. in fact it rubbed a hole in it on my last ride of year. i got a dasa this year and it works alot better. its 2 pieces so i could tweak it alittle more and brought the can farther out from the frame. make sure you have a good bottom pipe mount too. if it gets loose the whole thing twists and hits. i ran a WB aluminum pro 2 years ago. it fit perfect and never hit. it was a smaller dia. pipe though.

What kind of quad you running? Walsh crf? Dasa and WB both made pipes for the Walsh?????

trying to find another pipe for my hybrid as well. I was going to use this TC prepped supertrapp set up. Its brand new, but its long. Its nice and quiet, but with all the discs in it, its sticks past my grab bar at least an inch. And with my new shock, the pipe hits the spring. So I think I am going to sell the TC pipe, and call Rossier and have them send a pipe instead. I think the pipe they use on the 04-05 TRX works really well. Might be the Honda head pipe, with the yamaha 450 can? I'm not sure, but I think thats right. Any ideas?

i have a JB crf. its in another build thread on main page. i use 04 -05 trx pipes. they seem to work the best.

I had a Rossier on my last Laeger. It was the TRX pipe. It worked awesome, but I had to put the pipe in the vise, and oval it a little bit. pretty tight squeeze between the shock and the frame rail. I think the TC I want to sell would be easier than that to make work, I just don't like it.

yes. really. its easy. you just have to make up some brackets. im a fabricator by trade so it took me about an hour. but ive even seen some guys get lucky enough to just use a long bolt and spacer coming off the grab bar.
