Hi every one i was wondering if any one knows what kind of a-arms these are. There +3 that is all i know. Also if i put 450r shocks on with these would i have to re spring the shock so its not to stiff for these?

if those are long travel u will need longer shocks. and i suggest some yfz450 shocks insted of trx450r. the trx450 are very stiff if u are a light person

you won't have to respring the 450 shocks to put them on these arms, they will be softer on +2 or +3 arms than they are with the stock a-arms.

on long travel arms the shock mount is placed lower. standard travel are the same as stock a-arms. and the ones you pictured

yfzs are shorter and the r shocks and the 450r shocks shouldnt be stiff at all on +3s

I read some posts of people putting yfz shocks on with stock a-arms and it made the a-arms level with the frame. So with +3s i think id bottom out. If the 450r shocks are stiff with stock the +3 in my mind should feel softer. Correct?

all depends on how you plan on using the quad. trail riding or racing and if so what style of racing?

well i ride both equally and i hit alot of jumps. I ride fast, and hit jumps as hard as possible. For example bent my axle slightly the other day hitting a jump in 5th (atleast i landed it) so i need somthing durable that wont break and will last. Thanx.

lol yes. thats what i posted earlier. you will have to adjust them once you put them on the extended a-arms though, it will ride a lot differently (much better) and be softer so you'll want to stiffen em a little.

I just went out today and adjusted my KFX 450R fronts. They did lowered it down a bit and overall I'm really happy with them. So much better than the stock ride.

honda 450r. the other shocks do mount up to your ex, but the honda shocks work better especially when you widen it.

Is there any brake lines long enough for these +3 a-arms? The guy sold the brake lines all ready so was wondering if any thing else would fit.
