450r shocks

I want to put 450r shocks on a 300ex. I know I need the shock relocater bracket but do I need long or standard travel plus 2 400ex arms?

i think to put 450 shocks on a 300 there is a problem with the resivore something like u have to grind on it or something

with the 300 all you need is 400ex a arms standard travel d0esnt matter what length and a relocator

So I only need the shock relocater if I run long travel shocks?

no u will need it no matter what

Ok, so if I get plus two 400ex a-arms , a shock relocater and 450r shocks, I will only have to grind off some the eye on the shocks?

yes as long as the 400ex a arms are STANDARD travel, however i dont think you need to do anygrinding

Ok thanks, I didn't you had to do any grinding on the shocks with the shock relocater. How wide does the 400 plus two a-arm set make your front?
