My old 05 450r seems to be missing half way through the throttle after I had a slip on, hotcams stage 1 cam, and airbox lid removed. The shop re-jetted the bike but still has a bad hesitation. Ran fine prior to this! Any ideas would be great.

wow! 150 for a slip on and open lid?

When you buy almost any full system (theres not that much different from a full system head pipe to a stock one) they recommend using a 185 main jet, stock pilot (or up one) and about 2.5 turns out. Also, the HRC needle is a must!!!! My quad ran ok without it, but once i put it in, it was a completly diferent story.

change the main jet first , my needle is in the middle position on mine. the hrc needle is worth the 20 bucks it costs
