Where can you buy these honda 450r gas tank covers from?

If you have one, how do you like it?

Do they make them in all colors?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You can buy them from any Honda Dealer.

I have red ones, but my bikes are 08's and they tank is designed for the covers.

Honda makes them in Black, Red and white.

If you have a 2004-2007 bike you have to do some modifications for the cover to fit.

Hope this helps.

im just curious but since the 08's have this cover on the tank would of honda made the acual tank more thin than the previous tanks? what im saying is, is there a reason for this cover besides for graphics? i know graphics on the gas tank on previous years come off kind of easy because of the vapors from the gas. i just dont want to take the cover off mine and have a really thin tank.

If you have a 08+ bike and take the cover off it looks like garbage. i think they changed it for a differnt look. thats it

no the tank isnt thinner its is however smaller trust me they would skimp out on the full tank becouse of all those trre huggers would be right on them if they were having problems with leaks
