300ex Rear Hubs

I was told that 300ex and 400ex rear wheel hubs are the same, but the 400ex one that i got always loosens and its messin up some of my splines. are they the same or did somebody lie to me?

I think there might be a problem with the 400ex hubs. My neibor's 400ex hubs kept losening up and mine do the same thing. I think there were a few peolpe on here that had mentioned it as well. As far as I can tell the hubs are the same on both quads.

I guess i'll just keep tighten them when they need it. i'm putting some loc-tite on the splines so they won't get any more worn out.

I was just going to say that but I was thinking 2 part apoxy,
Loc-tite would probly work to.

I would just need one. One of em is a 300ex and the other is the 400ex one and it loosens all the time. I'll go through gdh racing on ebay if i need a hub. thanks though
