Well, as some of you may know, I've been trying to track down some neoprene shock covers for my KFX 450R shocks. I found the Dirt Skins but they didn't list my shocks on their page and I couldn't find any contact information on their site. After a lot of searching I came across this old article (http://atv.off-road.com/atv/article/articleDetail.jsp?id=192259) talking about them and saw the number. I ran the number through Google and saw that TX400ex-250r had them listed in his sig as a sponsor and had the same number. So I gave them a call and explained my situation. They asked for the measurements of the shock and told me that they'll make a custom set for me. They're also giving me the package deal with a cover for my stock rear. Oh, they threw in a free t-shirt, too. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for shock covers.
As for Alba, I bought the Pro Elite bumper off eBay a few weeks ago. I like the look and style of the bumper, but it mounted crooked. No matter how I tried to mount it (using the offsets, washers, etc) it just wouldn't mount straight. So I shot them an email with this picture attached:

I get an email back a few hours later stating that they're going to send a call tag to pick it up and that they're either going to replace it or fix it if they don't have any left in stock. At no cost to me.
Pretty awesome to know that there are still companies out there that care for their customers.
