This is a complete set of handle bars. The bars are Tag 7/8" ATV racer bend. Mounted on the bars are Cycra Pro Bend Hand guards with aluminum guard and plastic deflector, ODI locking grips, foam grip donuts, and MSR easy pull clutch lever with hot start. This is a great set up. Everything is in excellent condition, less than 10 hours of use. $180.00 shipped
