beginner front end and frame? where???

my friend crashed and destroyed his frame, and etire a arms shock tie rod..etc.

does anyone know where i can get a good cheap frame anywhere.

and another thing what would be some quality a arms and shocks that would be descent for a beginner.

i have a extra frame gusseted but has crack by tank .. get it welded and its sweet $200 for frame as is.. if interested ill post pics
