I had some custom graphics made a while back, got them for $200. Now I need new tank graphics but the guy wants $60 for just the tank graphics; I have the proof he sent me so where is a good place to have them reproduced without getting raped in the process?

Most graphics companies charge you an art fee of some sort to design or re-create the graphics. Not sure you'll find anyone that will re-create it and print it for less than the $60. the proof I'm sure isn't in adobe illustrator, it's probably a jpeg or a pdf file. Either way you're gonna have to pay to get it done. Good luck though
