motor swap..?

hey there... i was thinkin and wondering if anyone has done it before..a 400ex motor in a blaster frame stuff her in there..i think it would haul pretty good..i got the 2 bikes around there both 04's think that it would be a cool little bike after with balls?maybe a little of frame gusseting?..

theres a guy on here with a blaster motor in a 400 frame..... sacrilege to the honda. dont waste your time on a junk machine, blasters are weak and childish machines they are only slightly fast with $2000 in parts and a high compression 240 kit, trust me. dont waste you money on something so retarded. besides what are you gonna do with the 400 motor you pull out?

i understood you but i think its stupid..... i meant to say what are you gonna do with the blaster motor you pull out. but either or your not gaining anything, you put a good motor in a junk quad or you put a junk motor in a good quad. leave sleeping dogs lay. you want to do a hybrid thats worth something take that 400 frame and put a banshee motor in it. or take the blaster, throw it in the dumpster and put some cash into your 400 and have fun on a real machine.

Now what you could do is take a 250r motor with a big bore.....say pilot 448 motor and put it in a ex frame now talkin turkey. Had a friend that put a XR650 motor in a blaster frame....never finished it

that would be about useless as tits on a bull. that frame would have to be gusseted all to hell to hold a motor like that. plus why would you put it in something so small? what are you trying to do? a blaster can barely handle the hp is got and your trying to double it (with a 400) and triple it (with a 650) it will never last or be rideable without complete customization of the frame. its a waste of time.
