thanks man most of what you said i was going with. jb axis look to be the way we r going. if i put the 400 ex front end on can i run 450 r shock cuz we really wanted to run floats but they dont make them for the 300. also about the oil cooler where can i get those?

They have the oil coolers. Dont get the ones off ebay.

As far as 450r shocks go, you could use them but the top eyes have to be grinded down unlse you can get jb to make you a relocater bracket that take a 450r shock. I think yo could call fox and they could hook you up with some shocks made for the 300.

You could also look into the custom axis air shocks

thanks for all the info man . for that oil cooler, is that just a bolt on setup? and for the shocks do you reccamend going with the 400 kit. amd motor what do you think is better tc or sparks? we had 2 tc 450's this year and they were great but not sure for the 300.

Both SPARKS and TC are great 300 motor builders. THey are both known for 300ex/250x motor work. I would call both of them up and ask them how much it would be to so a national build, and see who is cheaper.

As far as the front end goes, Get a good set of +3 lt 400ex a arms and a shock relocator bracket, Then measure how big of a shock you need and order them. Another good shock is the newer PEPS, i am sure they can build you any size you need, along with motowoz and stadium.

Yea peps are great along with tc motors that was out setup on the 450s last year I'm going to call custom axis and fox to see what they can do. Is there a gusset kit you reccamend?

Nobody offers a gusset kit, you have to make your own, but i know if you send the frame to JB they will gusset it
