at random times when i turn the key on the efi does not prime and you dont hear the gas getting sucked in for the 5 seconds, then it does not start untill it makes that sound after trying to turn the key on agian i have noi idea why its doing that please help

Fuel pump relay. Its under the hood.

Yeah I think it's on the left as you look forward, a quick way to check it is to swap the two outer relays the fan on right fuel pump on left. Middle is the ECU if I remember right. Lets us know if that does not fix it. I think that fuel pump relay may be shared w/the head lamps so if they don't work it's bad.
