kicking over but not starting

I have a 05 predator it was running great had it dynoed yesterday and everything was fine and today it road good then i was loading it on my ramps on my truck and didnt have enough speed and it rolled back down and died. now it wont run. I had the timing checked compression checked and the carb looks good my plug sparks on time with my piston and everything will turn but the motor wont engage and run. I have tried putting back on my stock cdi and same results. does anyone have any help

I found out that I sheared a pin on my drive and turned it 180 degees. since that I used the stock Cdi box and it started and ran for awhile then backfired and died and hasnt started again... I think the cause of the sheared pin could of been from trying to pull start from behind a truck. But somewhere it seems like my timing is off I have it set by the service manual, has anyone ever ran into something like this?
