does the 04-05 motor have the same mount points as the 06+

I thought they didnt but read on another forum they were interchangeable?

You need the corresponding years motor mounts for the motor to bolt in to any of the frames, if you were to put a 04/05 into an 06+ then you would also have to fab up oil cooler mounts because the 06+ doesn't have an oil cooler, but if you where to put an 06+ motor in an 05 frame it would work, provided you use 06+ motor mounts.

thx thats what i thought the oil cooler was the issue , thx for clearing it up for me
