WB Nerf install for 250X

Got a set of White Brothers nerf bars for my 250X but not sure what to do with the U bolts and the flat piece of metal (2 bolt holes in it) that fit on the U bolts? There were no instructions included. Anybody got some picks of how these are mounted to the frame. Thanks a lot.

umm, I think they go on each side. Its Holds the nerf to the frame so it doesnt bounce. Here i think this is what you are talkign about I circled the area.

I have those to . heres how you put them on from bottom to top.
take your u bolt and point the therds up, under the frame then
slide your flat piece on top of the frame on the u bolt then your nerfs on top of the flat piece. so it goes u bolt, frame, flat piece, then nerfs. I'm not lieing
