Hey guys, I purchased this 86 250r a few months ago and spent a lot of time getting many new parts for it. Unfortunately I have some unforeseen financial issues and I'm not going to be able to complete the build. I have decided to part out the quad so basically everything is up for grabs.

There are LOTS of NICE parts here, not stuff that's all fubard', since there is so much stuff I will have to send pics on an "as requested" basis. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME ASKING FOR PICS ETC... IF YOU AREN'T SERIOUSLY INTERESTED. I"m not trying to be a jerk but with loads of emails asking for pics everyday it can be very time consuming and I'm already stretched thin for time. Anyways, on to the fun stuff, thanks guys!

Chassis:

Fully gusseted and powdercoated frame - Freshly Powdercoated Semi-Gloss Black, all trouble spots gusseted via JEGS gusset kit as recommended. This frame did not have any cracks to begin with, I just wanted to be thorough when I was building this quad.

Modified A-Arms - Freshly Powdercoated Semi-Gloss Black, One upper A arm is brand new, other upper is in excellent shape, lowers have some minor dings on bottom but are straight. These A-arms have been custom modded with machined brackets welded in place of factory brackets so you can run 400ex/450r shocks as bolt on's. Upper A-arms have been modded for camber mod listed on this site, also included are the a-arm bushings, some of the little rubbers have cracks but they are still nice and flexible so I would just run them and save yourself $80 over new ones.

Balljoints - Full set (4) brand new, never mounted ball joints, uppers and lowers.

Armadillo Front Grab Bar/Bumper - Freshly powdercoated Semi-Gloss black, includes brackets etc...

Factory Rear Grab Bar - Freshly powdercoated Semi-Gloss Black WITH fender supports, no rust here.

DG Aluminum Nerf Bars - Blue Webbing, Polished Finish

Footpegs - Freshly powdercoated Semi-Gloss Black

Fender Support - Freshly powdercoated Semi-Gloss Black, no rust here friends.

Swing Arm - No cracks or damage, stickers still in tact

OEM Front Shocks - Don't seem to be blown but ??

2006 400ex shocks in mint shape (perfect match for a-arms above)

Rear shock rebuilt by C&D Racing, no rides on the shock, still in the box from being shipped back, will include receipt from C&D

Oem Front Fenders - Great shape, no cracks, no bend marks, no cuts

Oem Rear Fenders - Great shape, no cracks, no bend marks, no cuts

Maier Hood - Black screen, Blue plastic, great shape.

Seat - Freshly recovered with CEET seat cover, looks new

Gas Tank - Oem gas tank, not much to say

Renthal Handlebars - May have a slight tweak, hard to tell as I haven't ridden with them

8" Aluminum Rear Wheels - Could use a polishing but not bent, cracked etc.... VERY light (2 sets of these, on dual drilled).

Oem 10" front/rear wheels - Freshly powdercoated Semi-Gloss black, a few minor dings on lips, no major dents, no bends.

Brand New Motion Pro Clutch Cable

ltr450 Front brake Master Cylinder/Lever - Bolts right up, much better pull, also has switch built in for brake light activation

Msr Quick Adjust Clutch Perch and Lever - Brand new never used

Cylinder - Great shape, fresh hone 70mm bore (has two bores left if desired)

Cylinder Head - Literally looks brand new, comes with NGK Iridium Plug

Boyesen Reeds - Brand New in Box

GBC Dirt Devil 6ply tires - 90% tread left, fits 10" wheel

Dunlop Front tires - 80% tread left, fits 10" wheel

ITP Sandstar paddles - 95%+ tread left fits 9" wheel

Front spindles - brand new bearings and seals all the way around, 0 rides

Front Brake discs - no bends

Front Brake Calipers - rebuilt, freshly painted with epoxy based caliper paint (silver) no rips in boots, pistons greased, EBC pads included.

Oem Carburetor - Fully rebuilt, new seals, jets, needles etc... 0 rides

FMF Turbine Core Silencer (Spark Arrest) - Brand New, never mounted

FMF PowerCore Muffler - Used, great shape

FMF Fatty Exhaust - Small ding,hard to see when mounted, mounting tab *may* have been rewelded by previous owner but I'm not sure, looks fine either way, nice polish to pipe. Includes flange and new spring (If i can find the spring)

Oem Exhaust pipe - Nice shape, black, no dents

Oem Muffler - Nice Condition

Rear Axles - Nice shape, not bent

Rear Sprocket - Nice shape, not very worn, not bent

Rear Brake Caliper - Nice shape, clean, includes ebc pads

Brake lines Front/Rear - Not all crusty

Steering Stem - Steers smoothly, nice condition

Rear Axle/Bearing Carrier - Nice shape, brand new (not installed) bearings included for whoever buys it.

Rear Tailight - Nice shape, not broken

Bottom End of motor - I thought I heard a knock when I purchased the quad, tore it down when I got it home haven't gone further. Shifts nicely, no grinds, may need rod bearing but everything rotates smoothly etc.... VERY clean outsides, no welds, no broken chain guard etc... Could make a great base for a nice motor (and it's not that ugly blue color :) )

Airbox - It's an airbox, filter included (I think it's a Uni), small hole cut in airbox lid

Seat release latch - Looks fresh

Kickstarter - Looks fresh

Headlight Switch/Thumb Throttle - Good shape for being from 86

Wiring Harness - It's all there, no hacked up.

Coil/CDI - Everything works, clean outside

Radiator - Slight tweak, still bolted up fine, no leaks, nice clean flexible hoses included

Clymers Manual - Covers complete teardown and rebuild
