2006 450r trade for cobra shifter

2006 honda 450r for trade or sell. would really like a cobra shifter quad, i would be willing to trade head up or some cash too depending on whats on the cobra. if there is no trade i want 4,000.00 firm and that will include all the extras on the bike and the stock takeoffs. here's the list of upgrades

i really dont want to sell this quad, but there is a cobra for sale that i want. first 4,000 or cobra shifter takes it. i will also drive a couple hundred miles to meet for a trade.
