Alright i know this isnt a lt 230 thread but no offense to you guys but hondas are the closest technology to it. Ok just rebuilt the top end, started it up after school with a lil gas on the plug rode it around. Let it sit for about 2 hours and went back home kicked it a few times and started up. Came home tonight tried again... nothing. Popped it almost started lights came on and everything, but didnt have enough space. Tried to kick it, nothing. WTF.

Check to make sure its getting fire. Check to see if its getting fuel. You know how to check for these?

I'm not sure how you figure a 450R is the closest thing to a LT230, buttttt, a motor takes 3 things to run. Spark, fuel, and compression. If it has all three, then it should run. I'd say you're not getting fuel.

Well they both have kick starts and carbs. But thats what ive been thinking. But i cleaned the carb twice. And when i take off the bowl gas pours out. Is that good or no? And when i take out the plug after kicking it a few times, its dry.

You need to take the carb completely apart and clean it. Remove the jets and blow through the passages with compressed air. I'm currently rebuilding (2) LT230 engines..

Another thing to check is the valve lash. Those LT's will not kickstart if the valve lash isn't right.
