Head pipe colors

my head pipe on a 2003 400ex is really blue all the way down to about the head shield is that normal for being new or what and i have been failling plugs too and i didnt have it for a week yet

yes its normal,,and fouling plugs is too.. you need ta rejet and tweak the carb..;)

I had the same problem the 2nd day i rode mine i fouled a plug. But i just tweked my carb and everything ran fine after that.
