whats the shocks set up for? hours of use?

hours of use are less than 15 i don't know the exact amount. the shocks are set up for a 200lb rider the arms look brand new. the shocks look good to there is one spot on the back of one of the shocks the shocks up by the piggy back where the plastic rubbed the red anodize off but it isn't visable when mounted. other than that they are ment.
