Bored to???

i have a 95 300ex, and my dad's friend had it before me. the guy who had it before him did some suff to it. he bored the head and added a dg grab bar for sure. not sure what else he did. How do i tell what he bored it out to???

Measure the piston or check the piston crown for numbers.
