Proposed rule chance 15year old on a 450?????

Anyone heard anything about this? Was at the banquet this weekend and heard they are thinking of chaning the age minimum to 15 on the 450's.

This past year, NEATV allowed 15 year olds to run the Sport 15+ class. (400cc 4 stroke, 250cc 2 stroke limits)

At our banquet, they announced that 15 year olds will be allowed in the C classes on a 450. (They reserve the right to pull some one off is they deem unsafe)

NEATV is not required (from what I know) to follow AMA rules, since we do not need the AMA card to run the series. So not sure what the AMA is going to do...
