how do you tell what the offset is on a wheel? how do u measure them?

these are the rims im needing to knw the offset
You need to measure from the part of the wheel that bolts to the hub, to the edges. If it's 1 inch to the outside of the wheel and 4 inches to the inside of the wheel, then it's a 4:1 wheel. Those look like 3:2 to me.

its like 1.5 from the outside and on the inside its 4inch exactly they are the 10x5 douglas rolled lips and i looked at some wheels on ebay that were 4:1 and they were identical
