Don't purchase anything from cmh156, paid for a stock muffler from him on 11-22-09 and now it's 12-22-09 and I don't have a muffler. He will not call back or reply to emails. we learn from our mistakes.

well heck, he's from Youngstown, OH.. everyone knows better than to deal with peeps from Youngstown. It's the Godfather capital of OHIO. i look at how many posts and how long they have been a member. AND try to use paypal.. i mean.. did u just send him a check? a total stranger?

I used paypal and had talked to him a number of times with pm's on this sight and by email. He seemed like a good person.

Then he must have an account with paypal if you sent him money.. Do you have buyer protection thru paypal? Call them, you should be able to get your money back, He should have to provide a tracking number , proving he shipped you an item.. , if he cannot provide track#, or does not respond, you get reimbursed (possibly) Either call them or go to your paypal account online and click on resolution center.. then open a case.. there should be a unique transaction number associated with the $$$ transaction you had with him,, im guessing he is a member too?

There are some guidelines,,, but, in all.. you should be able to get your $$$ back.

Thanks for the info. I did send him money by paypal and I think I still have the transaction #.
