It's clean but it's not new. Granted the motor is. I've got the same thing, and in my opinion nicer, sitting in my garage.

Myself and I'm sure many others would love to see it. Can u post a pic? Love the racer look, but still really appreciate a stocker.

I don't see what the big deal is about that quad. It's a nice quad. That's it. It's not all original. It's not mint. It's a nice quad, but not the nicest one out there.

sure it's a nice stock looking "restored" bike. look at the sticker on the bars. the mix ratio should be on the headlight. anyone with enough money can make a bike look like an original. if that bike is an original where are the gold rims? i, personally like an original bike that is a rider. once gain as i have stated before: mine has the original clutch,rear axle bearings, front brake pads.......sure it looks like ***t but i ride it. what is mine worth? priceless to me. by the way i am the original owner (87).

ive seen rich250r quad. it is what he says it is. i told him i could store it at my place for safe keeping, lol. he didnt want to hear it lol:D

Between Rich and K10, there is really nice resto's out there. Nice work.

BTW, where did you get that big Honda wing and graphic on your trailer? ...or is it painted? Looks cool, I want one on my trailer.

It's painted. I had a local guy who does a lot of hot rod custom painting and striping do it. Not cheap, but it came out really good. He did a freehand drawing and made a stencil to lay it out on the trailer.

One thing I noticed, Is that a gusseted frame or did the 86/87 frames have an extra piece that drops down below the front motor mounts? My 89 doesn't have that.

EDIT: never mind, I saw it on K10's 86 also, must be a difference on 86/87 frames vs. 88/89 frames. I always thought that was part of a gusset kit. Guess I was wrong.

very nice job Rich250RRacer. imo that is one of the nicest ones I have seen done. reminds me of my first 250r I bought back in 97.
bought it for 1800.00 and stripped it of all stock components to mx race it-wish I had all those parts 2day. awesome job once again.
