Modified motor

Any ideas on what items to use to build a motor for GNCC type racing?. 90 Apex is what we have. Grandson wants to move to modified class next year. He had two national wins last year so he can ride.

Are you going to the allowable 105cc size? Or is that a different class all together?

Thanks for the reply. 105 would be the limit for two stroke. Grandson is only 11, dont know if GNCC will let him run supermini.

Talk to some of your other dads the GNCC people are great they will give you a bunch of advice.

Keep it STOCK! It won't last for the full hour. Jay Shadron won many overalls with a totally stock Apex. His sister was the first girl to ever win the overall,it was on a STOCK Apex. In fact she beat them so bad she got protested. Only to find it was totally STOCK. But that is with 2 of the BEST riders in the Country.
