hrc cam?

Whats the easiest way to tell if i got a hrc cam is there any marketings or anything like thatr

My HRC cam has a hole in the side of each cam lobe going all the way through the lobe. My stock cam did not. Other than that...you can look up the lift and try and measure it out with a micrometer. I was able to do this to verify my cam was an HRC cam since mine arrived in an open package. Its tuff to do but can be done with some patients.

yea this one only has 1 hole in one of the intake lobes but just eyeing it it looks like the lift on the intake lobes are bigger i just got a extra 05 450r and if it is a hrc cam i wanna use it im running a 05 crf cam right now but wanting more mid-top im just useing the bike as a part bike got it cheap

Go by the rings on the end of the cam.
The 05 HRC has 3 rings, hard to see in this picture tho because its shadowed.

Left: 05 Stock
Middle: 05 HRC
Right: 02 CRF

ok thks for the help guys it turned out to be a hrc cam im freaking happy about that ill be running that and a baldwins 12.5/1 piston and a hmf slip-on im hoping i'll like it i'll send one of them extra heads off soon for a full port and polishing

The 06-07 HRC cam has one thick ring.
