I wrote a thread in here awhile ago about a bolt that I needed replaced (Near the idle, holding the throttle cable. I would order a new one but yamaha does not make this single piece :grr , I have to go out and buy the hole upper part of the carb ($110) just because of this small bolt.
The bolt is threaded on both sides and has a sleve on it which is welded to the bolt. If you have any idea of what I am talking about or any suggestions please let me know. I was thinking of putting 2 washers on each side to fit perfectly in the gap, but not sure if the bolt will still spin right :confused:

Im bad at explaining this crap. I try to get a picture somewhere of the web of this piece. BTW, Its a Yamaha Blaster.

....... I was just talking to this guy and he told me the kit really isn't work it and then I have to drill holes ect all that crap. I found the piece I was looking for on e-bay so im just gonna take that.

You can get it from Vito's. It's called a TORS removal kit. it comes with a new cable and carb top.

Yeah but thats over $130. If your talking about the one thats $30 then thats just not worth it. I just need to get it up and running so I can sell it.
