The time has come to thin out the heard. My Boys have all but out grown the Mini Quad. It has been a tough decision knowing what memories we have produced with this thing, but none the less We are going to offer up the Mini to someone else that may get as much enjoyment from it as we have.
So Lets talk about what the mini is all about and the modifications it has...The engine was overhauled last year by Mystic motorsports in Georgia. The build included an upgraded Crank Rod and race piston set up from EAST COAST PPERFORMANCE MINI QUADS. The cylinder was ported By Radar Racing in Kansas and a high compression head was also obtained from the EAST COAST PPERFORMANCE MINI QUADS Crew. Radar racing included a custom made pipe that was matched to the cylinder work. There is also a boost bottle custom reeds and reed cage, intake and Hi flow air filter mated to a 28mm carburetor and lastly a high energy Ignition coil from the EAST COAST PPERFORMANCE MINI QUADS. That should just about cover the the engine. There is more power that can be pulled from this set up.
The Transmission also received the same treatment. Both front and rear variators are of the racing variety. The front variator has lightened weights and increased ramps for the variator pulley. The rear variator has lightened shoes and a high stalled primary spring. All of these mods were completed with the assistance of the EAST COAST PPERFORMANCE MINI QUADS. There is a set of aluminum Nerf bars, 18" Snow Hog tires on polished ITP rear wheels (very light .125 ) Front polished aluminum wheels are wrapped with 20" Kenda Klaws MX. all of the tires are in great shape. The front and rear sprockets are also upgraded along with the o-ring chain from Rebel Gears . Oury Grips, Front and Rear Disk Brakes
