can i run my 450r shocks with +3 houser longtravel arms?
what about a set of lonestar +3 arms?

i know they work with +2's... but i need more width, but no money for new shocks

450r shocks will NOT work with ANY long travel arm.

However they should fit +3s. The only issue I could imagine is if you were a heavier rider (well of 200lbs) and then they might be a little soft, but any shock would present this same issue. And of course, I'm speaking about using the shock without a revalve/respring.

Just my 2 cents.

450r shocks will fit on any standard travel Aarm.
+1, +2, or +3.

long travel requires a 18 or 19 inch shock.

yes they will work with standard travel +3s.. do you have an extended axle or are you planning on putting +3s on with the stock rear end?
