I did a search on the net for a case saver for my 98 300ex and only found them for a 400ex. Anyone know where I can get one for a 300EX?

Thanks!

The 300EX comes stock with a case saver. Other than stock no one else makes one that I know of.

Oh geeze!!:huh I put a post up a ways back asking what a case saver looks like wondering if I had one and I got replies back showing me a pic of one and also telling me that the 300ex does not have one stock from the factory. Now that I know what one looks like, it does not look like mine has one, so I guess I will check out service honda to see if I can find it. :(

I have all the parts diagrams with Honda part #s for the 300ex & 400ex on CD-Rom.

Looking over the crankcase diagrams there is a small what looks to be "case saver"
It is under the plastic grate looking guard over the chain drive sprocket.

Doesn't look very meety though.

Also did a quick search of case saver suppliers and No one sells one. 400ex 250r all have em no 300ex. hmmmm
