AC Racing Pro Peg Nerfs Needs Repair

I have a set of AC Racing propeg nerfs. They are used. Broken mounting tab that I have, it just needs to be re-welded.

I do not have any mounting hardware. What is there is all I have. So I'm missing the mounts where the pegs go.
